European Chips Diversity Alliance

Building Inclusion in Semiconductors

The European Chips Diversity Alliance (ECDA) is a European initiative bringing together universities, industry, and sector bodies to widen participation in the semiconductor workforce. The project responds to Europe’s skills gap by creating evidence, tools, and training that help companies attract and retain talent.

EudaOrg leads the research and reporting for ECDA. Our role is to ensure the project’s recommendations are grounded in solid evidence and presented in ways that industry and education partners can act on.

With partners across six countries and support from Erasmus+, ECDA is building practical resources that will strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of Europe’s semiconductor ecosystem.
