PathWise is an applied research initiative testing how AI can provide coaching-style career support at scale. Built by accredited coaches and psychologists, it uses large language models combined with structured, reflective questioning to help users clarify goals, build confidence, and plan next steps.
We are now seeking partners who want to explore how AI coaching can complement existing supports and reach new groups. Collaboration opportunities include research partnerships, testing in education and employment settings, and joint work on ethical and inclusive AI development.
Organisations working with job seekers, students, returners, or underrepresented talent are invited to collaborate. We also welcome researchers and policymakers interested in responsible applications of AI for workforce development.
